My name is Greg Nichols, and my real estate specialty is researching the best homes in the suburbs of Sacramento County & Roseville or Rocklin, listed by my firm and all the other firms too. Every day, I search all the new listings in these areas which were entered into the Multiple Listing Service the previous day. I review the listings and note the nicest ones and usually come up with a hotlist of the 6-7 best listings, those having the largest lots, the largest home square footages, and the 4 bedroom 2 or 3 bath homes with 2-3 car garages.
Home searches can be frustrating for buyers and there are questions that buyers have that need to be addressed. The following information may help.
Possible Down Payment Helps
